Classic Vietnam & Cambodia 12 Days / 11 Nights



Day 01 : Ho Chi Minh arrival City tour (D)
On arrival in Ho Chi Minh city, you will be welcomed by Vietnam TripAdvisor's  guide and transfer from Tan Son Nhat airport to a hotel. The rest of the day visit the War Museum and the former Presidential Palace, from there on you will go on foot (the car will be available at all times) to visit the major sights of colonial Ho Chi Minh City: the Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Saigon Post Office, Dong Khoi Street (formerly Rue Catinat), Continental Hotel, Opera House and City Hall.Enjoy Dinner & Overnight in downtown. Day 02 : Cu Chi Tunnels - Shopping (B,L)
After breakfast we continue to the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, which were an incredible underground network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the long struggle for independence. The tunnels contained hospitals, plus accommodation and schools, and were used as a military base for the Vietcong in the American war. Turn back to hotel. In the afternoon free time for shopping. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
Day 03 : Ho Chi Minh - Hoi An - (B,L)
After breakfast at hotel, we board a short flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, we will pick you up and transfer to Hoi An which was originally a Cham seaport from 16th century but has been influenced down the centuries by a myriad of traders from various cultures. We stop en route to visit the Cham Museum in Da Nang City, the Marble Mountain, whose peaks represent the five elements of the universe. Upon arrival, check into hotel. Have lunch at one of the famous restaurants of Hoi An before having a walking tour. The ancient architecture of Hoi An is a fascinating combination of Vietnamese traditional characters with Chinese and Japanese influence. There are plenty to see in this delightful town, some of which are Japanese Covered Bridges, the Pottery Museum, the 200 years old Tan Ky House, the Chua Ong Pagoda, the vibrant market. Today, we include these on a walking tour past many low tiled houses scattered along the small streets and assembly halls which reflect the town's multi-cultural past. Dinner and accommodation at hotel.  
Day 04 : Hoi An - Hue City (B,L)
The next destination is Hue, the Old Royal City in Vietnam in 17th century. Upon leaving Hoi An, we drive north to Hue. The scenic road is hugging the coastline before crossing over the winding Hai Van pass. A view from the top of the pass is one of Vietnam’s most impressive panoramic scenes. We stop en route to visit the Lang Co beach before reaching Hue city. As Vietnam’s last feudal capital, the small and quiet city of Hue is widely known for magnificent architectures, pagodas and royal tombs laid in many small villages and surrounding hills. We spend this afternoon to visit Hue with the massive citadel, which contains the Imperial City and the Purple Forbidden City. This royal residence was all but destroyed during the 1968 Tet Offensive, however it is still fascinating to walk among the ruins. Overnight in Hue.
Day 05 : Hue City Tour - Hanoi ( B,L)
Our tour starts with the visit to Thien Mu Pagoda, then we head to suburb to visit King Khai Dinh Tomb, King Tu Duc Tomb. Come back to Hue for lunch at local restaurant. In the after noon transfer to airport for flight to Hanoi. Arrive Hanoi pick you up and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 06 : Hanoi City tour (B,L)
After breakfast at hotel, start city tour with Ho Chi Minh Complex for visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh Museum and One pillar pagoda, Tran Quoc Pagoda. Continue to visit Literature temple, the first University in Vietnam in 16th century. Have lunch in one of famous restaurant in Hanoi.
PM: Visit Ethnological museum then have Cyclo in the Old Quarter and visit Dong Xuan market, enjoy Water Puppet show in the afternoon. Overnight in Hanoi
Day 07 : Hanoi - Ha Long Bay Cruise (B,L,D)
Pick up at your hotel or residence in Hanoi by Vietnam TripAdvisor's car and driving to Halong City. We go through the scenic countryside. Stopover on the way to refresh. Arriving in Halong boat pier at around 12: 30.
- 12h30: Welcome on Deluxe Cruise and set sails through the Bay while lunch is serverd. Passage into the magical Bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons’teeth. After lunch, take a short trek to a nearby summit for a spectacular view of the Bay dotted with the Deluxe Cruise golden sails, go swimming on a quiet beach or sunbathing on the sundeck.
Later afternoon, other choices for kayaking or simply taking a bamboo row boat to discover a water tunnel with many coral reefs in a scenic lagoon. Back on the Luxury Cruise, enjoy cocktails while watching sunset and later, unwind at fantastic restaurant. Day 08 : Ha Long Bay Cruise - Hanoi (B,L)
- 6h30: Greet the day with a morning Tai Chi exercise with an opportunity to view the sunrise over the bay or enjoy a morning view of the Bay’s landscapes with a cup of Tea, Coffee, fresh Fruits. Sitting on the upper deck, we can enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the rocky Islands rising from the crystal-clear waters of the Bay. The quiet is almost eerie, we can hear birds singing, cicadas chirping ashore and the gentle lapping of the waves against our boat, the perfect soundtrack to accompany the fresh air and gentle breeze.
A tasty breakfast served at 7:30. After that, take an opportunity to visit beautiful limestone grotto
- 9h30: Return on board for a final glimpse of the Halong Bay while cruising back to the dock.Vietnam TripAdvisor's car pick up and Transfer back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi
Day 09 : Hanoi - Phnom Penh (B,L)
After breakfast transfer to airport for flight to Phnom Penh. Arrive Phnom Penh around noon ? Visa processing ? meet with guide for transfer to hotel. Afternoon half-day City Tour, National Museum of Khmer Arts, Silver Pagoda on the same ground of Royal Palace, River Front Park, renowned Wat Phnom and Boat cruise along Mekong River bank. Overnight Phnom Penh.
Day 10 : Phnom Penh - Siem Reap (B,D)
After breakfat, early morning transfer to dock for departure to Siem Reap by hydrofoil. Simple lunch on boat. Transfer to hotel for short relax.
Afternoon, visit to Barray Lake then view sunset at Pnom Bakheng. Dinner and overnight in Siem Reap. Departure arrival time : 07h00 Arrival time : 13h00
Day 11 : Siem Reap Tour (B,L) 
Early morning, view sunrise at Angkor Wat. Transfer to hotel for breakfast. The same morning visit South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, Baphoun, Terrace of the Elephants, Terrace of the Leper King.  Lunch at local restaurant, short relax at hotel.
Afternoon, visit Grand Circuit including Pre Rup, East Mebon, Ta Som, Neak Pean, Preah Khan, Baksei Chamkrong. Back to hotel and overnight in Siem Reap.      
Day 12 : Siem Reap Departure in the evening at 8.45pm (B,L)
After breakfast, tour to small Circuit including Prasat Ravan, Banteay Dei, Srah Srang, Ta Prohm, Takeo, Thommanon, Chau Say, Tevoda. Lunch at local restaurant.
Afternoon, check out hotel, visit to the World Seventh Wonder of the Magical temple city of Angkor Wat until Sunset, transfer to airport for flight back your home.
